Add Multiple Establishments

The purpose of this service is to enable the user to register multiple establishments at once.

  1. Login and click on Start New Application.
  2. Click on Add Multiple Establishments.
  3. Click on Download excel template and fill it. Then upload the same document and click on continue.
  4. Submit the application. Multiple establishments will be added and will display on the user dashboard.
