- Once logged in with UAE pass, System will redirect the user to the main dashboard.
- Click on the module where the record you want to Appeal on is located
- The system will redirect the user to module’s Main dashboard, where cards for all submitted requests will display.
- Navigate to the record you want to appeal on and then click on appeal action.
- On appeal form, system will show the application number for the request you want to appeal on, and the reason
field. Fill in the Appeal reason and click on continue - In attachment page, upload supporting document if needed.
- Review the request and click on Edit in case you want to Edit any section
- Appeal request will be successfully submitted and assigned to SPSA department based on the module/service on
which it was submitted.
