Appeal Request

  1. Once logged in with UAE pass, System will redirect the user to the main dashboard.
  2. Click on the module where the record you want to Appeal on is located
  3. The system will redirect the user to module’s Main dashboard, where cards for all submitted requests will display.
  4. Navigate to the record you want to appeal on and then click on appeal action.
  5. On appeal form, system will show the application number for the request you want to appeal on, and the reason
    field. Fill in the Appeal reason and click on continue
  6. In attachment page, upload supporting document if needed.
  7. Review the request and click on Edit in case you want to Edit any section
  8. Appeal request will be successfully submitted and assigned to SPSA department based on the module/service on
    which it was submitted.
