The purpose of this service is to enable the user to cancel a scheduled appointment for a device installation.
- Login and click on Amend under ABIN (AMAN installation request).
- Choose Cancel Appointment. This service allows the user to cancel the appointment scheduled prior.
- Click on Start Service.
- Enter reason to cancel appointment then click on continue.
- Upload documents by clicking on Add, save the document, and click on continue.
- Click on Submit.
- The application will be successfully submitted for approval.
