The Performance Appraisal System Department of the Human Resources Department implemented a discussion session entitled (Exchange), and Eng. Lamia Abdulaziz Al-Noman, Director of Support Services Department at the Prevention and Safety Authority, was hosted. The dialogue session targeted direct officials in government agencies and bodies in Sharjah. Two axes dealt with the evaluation ladder in the performance appraisal system (1-4), and the second axis dealing with preparing an alternative risk and crisis management plan.
