Modify Appointment Schedule

The purpose of this service is to enable the user to modify the scheduled appointment for the installation of a device.

  1. Login and click on Amend under ABIN (AMAN installation request).
  2. Choose Modify Appointment Schedule. This service will show for ABIN with Appointment Scheduled status.
  3. Click Start Service.
  4. Choose New Visit Date and Time to reschedule the appointment.
  5. Click on Submit.
  6. Application will be successfully submitted, and it will be auto approved if the date is prior to the scheduled date, else it will need to be approved.
