The Prevention and Safety Authority announced the signing of a contract with the Rabdan Academy regarding the management and implementation of training workshops in occupational health and safety, which comes within the objectives of the Prevention and Safety Authority, in cooperation with all government and private agencies in the Emirate of Sharjah, to spread preventive awareness among all segments of society.

The contract was signed by the Authority for Prevention and Safety, Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, President of the Authority, and by the Rabdan Academy, Dr. Faisal Obaid Al-Ayyan, Vice President of the Rabdan Academy, in the presence of Eng. Lamia Al-Noman, Director of Support Services Department, and directors of departments in the authority.

This, and Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the authority, stressed that the contract is the first of joint cooperation between the authority and the academy, as there are many areas of concern at the level of developing cadres in the field of prevention and safety, and this contract will enhance joint cooperation between the two parties .

He added, "This cooperation will contribute effectively to spreading preventive awareness among employees of government agencies, which reflects the authority's vision to reach a safe society free of risks, as training programs will be designed according to the needs of government agencies, in line with the goals of the authority, which supports The complementarity of roles between all sides, which is one of the main pillars of the commission's work.
