Sharjah's economy continues to grow and expand year after year, as a result of this economic growth, a strong workforce is needed and should be able to occupy vital jobs in many sectors. The role of the Prevention and Safety Authority (SPSA) is to protect the health and safety of this growing workforce by developing a unified risk management methodology that affects occupational safety and health. The Salama Preventive Training Institute has been accredited from SPSA to reduce occupational safety and health risks, and prevent accidents in the work environment by offering distinctive training programs for laborers in the Emirate of Sharjah to focus on the importance of health and safety at workplace.
