His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah has followed up on these matters, and upon which His Highness has decided to establish this competent body to contain this issue, to achieve the objectives set by the efforts of His Highness and the efforts of those in charge and cooperation of all, pointing out that one of the objectives of this body Prevention and safety of accidents such as the fall of children from balconies.
He pointed to the approach taken by Sharjah for a long time in the standards and specifications of building designs, pointing out that reports of accidents or deaths show that the direct cause of such incidents is the neglect of the people so it is important to spread awareness in this regard, praising the role played by the federal government agencies In addition to this new body that will assume the largest and specialized role in dealing with the prevention and safety of the community.
Ibn Nassar stated that, under the instructions of His Highness, a law will be issued to regulate the objectives, competencies and departments of the Authority, provided that it will be submitted to the Executive Council of the Emirate and the Advisory Council when it is held.
He announced the adoption of 83 cases of processing debts of the wanted category issued against them in executive cases in court cases, pointing out the efforts of the Committee and the decision in the applications submitted to them in light of the high demand witnessed.
He explained that the main objective of the formation of the Commission to address the debt is to address the debts of insolvent citizens of the Emirate of Sharjah and not only to pay them.
Mansour Bin Nassar pointed out that despite the burdens and administrative obligations of the Chairman and members of the Committee since they are responsible in their employers, it is hardly a week before the Committee meets to study, research and prepare the cases and submit reports to His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah for approval.
He pointed out that by the beginning of this week, a list of the cases examined, including 83 cases, had been filed with direct and executive judgments adopted by His Highness, pointing out that the Committee continues with the financial authority concerned to issue disbursement orders for these amounts. The legal authorities circulated to them to close the case file according to the type of the applicant, whether a court, prosecutor or police to summon the creditor and hand over his right in return shall sign a waiver of the communication or lawsuit under which the judgment is issued.
