Sheikh Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director of the Prevention and Safety Authority, expressed his thanks and great gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to approve changing the system of weekly work in the emirate, to become 4 working days, from Monday to Thursday The weekend becomes Friday, Saturday and Sunday, pointing out that this decision reflects the importance of the family’s position in society, which comes at the top of His Highness’s concerns. Al Qasimi added: "The decision of the new weekly work system, adopted by the Sharjah government, supports increased productivity and achieves a decent life for workers in government institutions and agencies with their families, in an attractive work environment.

He stressed that this wise decision will contribute to raising the rates of job happiness and satisfaction, and enhancing the balance between work and family communication.
