Held by the Prevention and Safety in Sharjah  Awareness programs to prevent accidents

The Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority has held a series of awareness programs aimed at protecting individuals from accidents, in cooperation with a number of government agencies in the emirate, in accordance with its vision aimed at achieving a safe society free from dangers.
During the second week of the campaign (Occupational Safety and Health for University Students), Aisha Al Zadjali, Training Specialist at the Prevention and Safety Authority, presented a specialized training program targeting University of Sharjah students, including ways to prevent while on campus in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Also, (17) trainees of people of determination were trained on first aid procedures.
In turn, Mona Radhi, a training specialist at the authority, presented the training program (Prevention, Health and Occupational Safety Measures), in cooperation with the Umm Al Quwain Youth Center, which benefited (124) trainees from the general public. Maryam Al Suwaidi, a laboratory technician in the Central Laboratories Department in Sharjah Municipality, one of the graduates of the professional diploma to prepare occupational health and safety trainers, presented the training program (Laboratory Safety), which was launched over two days. The workshop targeted the employees of the Central Laboratories Department in Sharjah Municipality. The program included ( 44) a trainee.
Sheikh Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director of the Prevention and Safety Authority, said that the authority is cooperating permanently with all government and private agencies in order to raise the level of preventive awareness among members of society, and works with various authorities to achieve its vision aimed at achieving a safe society free from dangers, in order to confront the surrounding dangers. Develop proactive plans that will prevent and protect individuals from potential accidents.
