Within the objectives of the Prevention and Safety Authority concerned with cooperation with all authorities in achieving the highest safety standards in the Emirate of Sharjah, the Protection and Safety Authority cooperated with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Emirate of Sharjah, to test a safety system, an electronic link system for alarms with the operations room of the General Administration of Civil Defense and a security operations room Affiliated with Sanada, the project's 24-hour executive arm.

The experiment included the mechanism of the system, its response speed, and the speed of firefighting vehicles reaching the accident site, in addition to measuring the efficiency of the communication response speed and the arrival of firefighting vehicles to the accident site, which works in an integrated manner in order to reduce the response time to fire reports, which reduces the loss of lives and property, and achieves vision The authority reaches out to a safe society free from dangers.

Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Prevention and Safety Authority, stated that the authority seeks to protect members of society from any potential dangers, and to develop proactive plans to avoid these dangers.

He added: "The conduct of periodic experiments comes from the principle of ensuring the effectiveness of fire systems and system notifications, as the results showed that the response time with the use of a safety system takes less time than cases without the system at a rate of more than two minutes, which is a valuable period during fire cases as the few seconds It greatly contributes to risk reduction. "

For his part, Colonel Sami Al Naqbi, Director General of the General Administration of Civil Defense in Sharjah, explained that the partnership with the Prevention and Safety Authority in this project came from its great importance, as security and safety is a basic requirement and important in all aspects of life, and we are seeking through this cooperation to create a society that enjoys In all elements of public safety and risk prevention in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Colonel Sami Al-Naqbi called on all installations to activate a safety system to achieve a fundamental goal which is the safety of society as a whole, as installing this system in all installations will reduce the burden, through smart management and monitoring of the efficiency of fire systems that serve the work of the General Administration of Civil Defense.
