Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Social Solidarity Fund for the Ministry of Interior’s employees, yesterday witnessed the signing of 6 memoranda of understanding for “Fazaa” with departments, agencies and government institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah allowing the provision of Fazaa pioneering services To the employees of these authorities, on the sidelines of the opening of the headquarters of "Fazaa", which provides all basic services to members in Sharjah.
The first memorandum was with the Sharjah Government's Prevention and Safety Authority and signed by Engineer Sheikh Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Authority, the second with the Sharjah Public Works Department and signed by Engineer Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Head of the Department, and the third with the Sharjah Planning and Survey Department and signed by Eng.Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, Head of the Department. The fourth was with the Sharjah Education Council and was signed by Dr. Saeed Musabbah Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Council, and the fifth was with the Municipality of Dibba Al Hisn, and it was signed by Talib Abdullah Al Yahyai, Director of the Municipality, and the last was with Al Madam Municipality and it was signed by Salem Saeed Aten Khalifa, Head of the Administrative Affairs Department in the municipality, while the Social Solidarity Fund for workers at the Ministry of Interior Fazaa »in the signing of the six memos, Colonel Ahmed Muhammad Buharon Al Shamsi, Director General of the Fund, the Managing Director of Fazaa.
His Highness had inaugurated the headquarters of the “Fazaa Center for Customer Happiness”, Sharjah branch, to be located in the markets of “Zawaya Walk”, where the seventh branch of “Fazaa” is at the level of the emirates of the country, with the aim of strengthening its role in the happiness of members and improving the quality of life for them and their families, and its keenness to reach Its services are provided to the largest possible segment of beneficiaries.
The center provides all the services that Fazaa provides to its members, including the compensation service for accidental personal accidents, the good loan service, the vehicle rental service that ends with ownership, the daily vehicle rental service, the vehicle insurance service, the request for a clearance and the request to obtain a letter to whom it may concern and services. Other administrative departments, in addition to the information platform, the member data update platform, the platform for issuing new memberships, upgrading the membership according to the needs of the customer, or reducing or canceling the membership.
